Creating a greener future requires collaboration, vision and action.
That's why it was fantastic to welcome Andy Parsons, Chief Executive of Heart of England Forest, to Mercedes-Benz UK for a special guest speaker session hosted by our Sustainability Colleague Community group.
Andy shared the vision behind the work of the Heart of England Forest, the progress made in creating one of England's largest new native forests, and the important role trees and woodlands play in supporting biodiversity, climate resilience, water management and community wellbeing.
We were proud to reflect on our partnership with the Heart of England Forest and the difference we have made together through tree planting, habitat restoration and colleague volunteering initiatives. Thank you, Andy, for an engaging and thought-provoking session that our colleagues really enjoyed.
