My day consists of…

“I work with different departments across the entire business to document processes that will continue as they are and find those that need to adapt. This allows smooth transition, testing and training plans to be created.”

What I’ve learnt from this role… 

“I’ve learnt how Retailers and Mercedes-Benz Cars operate on a day-to-day basis. The role has also allowed me to develop my communication, as well as my business analysis and process mapping skills.”

What I love about my job…

“I love that no two days are the same and that I have the opportunity to understand how the business works. In addition, I am proud to be a part of the team that is driving this transformation.”

What I’m most proud of…

“I’ve managed to collate all business processes and merge them together within three months, allowing working day scenarios to be created and providing a great insight into how the business operates. This allows more detailed plans to be created and implemented, contributing towards the success of the project.”
