“I’m the Chief Accountant at Mercedes-Benz Cars, looking after three distinct, specialised accounting teams.  

 “I originally started in Mercedes-Benz Vans, before moving over to the Cars team. I loved working in Vans,  and I’ve been able to bring my own experiences and thought processes over with me and combined these with everyone else’s making our workspace really progressive.  

 “It’s very collaborative across teams here – we get to know who people are beyond our own four walls. At Mercedes-Benz, we strive to improve ourselves and everyone around us. 

 “Throughout my time here I’ve always had good people around me, pushing to get me out of my comfort zone and making sure that I’m prepared to be my best self. This has translated over to training opportunities too, from courses through to dedicated mentors. It’s great to know that there are always ways I can improve myself and progress within Mercedes-Benz.”
