“I’ve been with Mercedes-Benz Financial Services for five years now, originally starting on our three-year degree apprenticeship scheme where I worked full time and went to university one day a week too. The company funded my university degree while I was an apprentice and showed that they were willing to invest in my development – they appreciate and care about colleagues across the business.

“I’m now an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director of Mercedes-Benz Financial Services. I love it. My role is so varied, and it gives me the chance to get involved with different areas of the business.
